Ingredients |
* 1 bag (9 oz.) Fresh Express Spinach
* 3 kiwi, peeled & sliced
* 1 pint strawberries, sliced
* 1 handful, chopped macadamia nuts (optional)
* ****
* DRESSING:
* 1/4 C. vegetable oil
* 2 T. raspberry vinegar
* 2 T. raspberry preserves |

Procedures |

Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Toss together spinach, strawberries, kiwi and nuts. Drizzle with dressing and serve. Makes enough for 4-6. |
