Ingredients |
# 6 thin boneless pork chops
# 4 tablespoons apricot jam
# 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
# 2 tablespoons hot chilli sauce
# ground black pepper |

Procedures |
| |
# Mix all the ingredients, apart from the chops, together in a bowl
# Brush the chops with the marinade and place in a shallow covered dish and allow to marinade for at least 2 hours
# Cook on a hot barbecue, turning once, for 15-20 minutes or until brown and tender |
